An experienced Cardiovascular Sonographer will administer 3 different scans, an Echocardiogram, Carotid and an Abdominal Aortic ultrasound screening in the privacy and convenience of your own office space. The data offered by our state-of-the-art ultrasound machine will then be analyzed and interpreted providing an easy to understand report emailed directly to you in 7 to 10 days. What happens after you sign up?

Schedule Your Screening

A Premier representative will contact you to schedule your screenings. Three scans will be performed by our certified Sonographer, who holds more than 28 years of experience in cardiovascular imaging working with cardiologists and primary care physicians. We have flexible hours and work with your schedule.

Receive Your Report

You will receive your own individualized assessment report with rapid turn around time. Your screening scans can also be put on a flash drive, for a minimal charge, that you provide at your appointment (which can be viewed by your primary care physician and or cardiologist).
