Schedule Your Screening

A Premier representative will contact you to answer questions and schedule your screening. cans will be performed by our Registered Cardiovascular Sonographer, who holds more than 30 years of experience in cardiovascular imaging. We have flexible hours and can work with your schedule.

Receive Your Report

You will receive your own individualized assessment report with rapid turn around time. Your screening exam can also be put on a flash drive (to be viewed by your primary care physician or cardiologist) for a minimal fee.
